Tje wine is released out in the autumn after the harvest. On the nose, the wine offers notes of ripe fruit, with hints of spice, mint and cherry jam. In the mouth the ripe tannins and lively acidity are finished off with red fruit flavours.

Vinification: After a pre-maceration at 15°C for 48 hours, followed by 10 days of vinification at 28° C, maturation takes place in stainless steel for 8 months, followed by 6-8 months, bottle - fining.

Accompanies: Goes well paired with fresh cheese and traditional umbrian charcutterie. served at 16-18°C it is also an excellent aperitif even in the hottest months.
